Rava Dosa by Gowri Chebbi
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup fine semolina (sooji)
2. ½ cup rice flour
3. 1 tablespoon oil
4. 1/8 teaspoon baking soda (soda bicarb)
5. 2 ½ cups to 3 cups buttermilk
6. 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
7. 2-3 green chilies, chopped
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients together and let the batter rest for 30 to 40 minutes.
2. After resting, use the batter to make dosas.
